Neck edging
With RS facing, beg at left back neck edge, pick up and k evenly along neck edge, picking up 1 st in every bound-off st and 3 sts for every 4 rows along shaped edges. Bind off knitwise on WS.
Buttonhole band ruffle
With RS facing, beg at lower edge of divided left back opening, pick up and k 3 sts for every 4 rows along left back edge to neck edge. Purl 1 row on WS.
Next row (RS) *Kfb; rep from * to end. Purl 1 row on WS. Bind off knitwise.
Sew buttons to right back buttonband to correspond to buttonholes.
