A kangaroo pocket blends seamlessly into an exaggerated V-shape pattern in this statement sweater. 

Sizes

35 (38 1/2, 41 1/2, 46, 49 1/2, 52 1/2)" bust circumference; shown in size 35", modeled with 1/2" of negative ease 

Yarn

O-Wool Balance (50% certified organic cotton, 50% certified organic merino; 130 yd [119 m]/50 g):

• #9110 talc, 9 (10, 11, 13, 14, 15) skeins Yarn distributed by Tunney Wool Company

Gauge 19 sts and 26 rnds = 4" in St st

Notes

The body is worked in the round in one piece to the base of the pocket. The stitches for the front of the pocket are worked back and forth to the top of the pocket. The pocket lining is then picked up and worked in the round with the body to the top of the pocket. The pocket front and lining are joined, the body is worked in the round to the underarms, then the upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armhole and the sleeves are worked in the round from the top down with a short-row sleeve cap.
