Finishing

Use the wet-towel method to block all pieces to measurements, allowing collar to lay flat at back neck and encouraging the V-neck to roll at fronts. Allow to air-dry thoroughly before moving.

Seams

With yarn threaded on a tapestry needle, use the mattress st with 1/2 st seam allowance to sew side and sleeve seams. Lightly steam seams from WS to set sts.

Pin sleeve cap into armhole, matching side and sleeve seams, matching center sleeve to shoulder seam and easing fullness at sleeve top. With crochet hook and working from the body side of the seam, use slip-st crochet to join sleeve to body. Lightly steam armhole seams to set sts.
