Using photograph as a guide for placement and right sides together, sew cast-on edge of first panel to side of second panel. Sew cast-off edge of second panel to side edge of first panel.
Holding two 33cm-long strands of yarn together, add fringe to every other stitch across cast-on and cast-off edges and to every other ridge at end of rows.
