Still keeping Medallion Panel correct, divide for neck as foils:

Shape shoulder
Cast off 8 [8:9:9:10:11] sts at beg of next row and 2 foll alt rows. 13 [15:14:17:17:16] sts.
Work 1 row straight.
Cast off 7 [9:8:11:11:10] sts at beg of next row (6 sts).
Cont straight in st st on rem 6 sts until strip when slightly stretched fits halfway across back neck.
Cast off.
With WS facing, neatly rejoin yarn to rem sts at neck edge and work to end of row.
Next row (dec): Patt to last 7 sts, k2tog, k5.
Next row: P6, work to end.
Complete to match right half.
ARMBANDS
Join shoulders. Stitch inner edge of the two neckband strips to Back neck cast-off sts, slightly easing in Back neck sts as you stitch. Join ends of neckband strips to form centre back seam.
Using smaller needles, RS facing, pick up and k127 [139:151459:169:181] sts.
Beg with row 2 work 6 rows in rib as on Back. Cast off evenly in rib.
TO FINISH
With WS facing, block work to size. Press lightly following pressing instructions, omitting rib. Join side seams and armbands. Press seams.
