Size 3.00 crochet hook.

A cushion pad of approximately 36cm/14in diameter. 

Tension and measurements

Worked at a tension of 22 trebles and 12 rows, to 10 x 10cm, using 3.00 hook, the cushion should measure 30cm/12in diameter.
