8 x 50g (60m) balls of Debbie Bliss Rialto Chunky (100% wool) in Gold (007); 1 x 50g (115m) ball of Rowan Cotton Glace (100% cotton) in each of Mineral (856) and Ecru (725).

Size 3.00 and 3.50 crochet hooks.

A 40 x 40cm/16 x 16in cushion pad.

Using 3.50 hook and Gold, make 76ch.

Using 3.00 hook and Mineral, make 6ch and join with a slst to form a ring.

1st round: 1ch (does not count as a st), work 11dc in ring, change to Ecru and slst in front loop of first dc - 11 dc.

2nd round: [Make 6ch, 1htr in 3rd ch from hook, 1tr in each of next 2ch, 1dc in last ch, slst in same place as previous slst, then slst in front loop of next dc] 11 times. Fasten off and neaten ends.

To make up

Join seams, leaving an opening. Insert cushion pad and join opening. Sew daisy to centre front of cover.
