Cluster (CL): *YO, insert hook in specified sp and draw up a lp to height of a dc, YO and draw through 2 lps; rep from * once in same sp, YO and draw through 3 lps: CL made. 

Picot: Ch 3, sl st in first ch worked: picot made.

Instructions

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each rem ch; ch 3 (counts as first dc of following row), turn.

Row 2: Sk 2 sc, shell in next sc; *sk 5 sc, shell in next sc; rep from * across to last 3 sc, sk 2 sc, dc in last sc; ch 3, turn.

Row 3 (RS): *(CL, ch 3, CL) in center ch-1 sp of next shell; rep from * across, ending last rep with dc in top of turning ch; ch 1, turn.

Row 4: Sc in first dc; *ch 3, dc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3**, sc between next 2 CL, work picot; rep from * across, ending last rep at **; sc in top of turning ch; ch 3, turn.

Row 5: *Shell in next dc; rep from * across, ending last rep with dc in last sc; ch 3, turn.
