Cluster shell (CL shell): In specified st work [(CL, ch 1) twice, CL]: CL shell made.

Instructions

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each rem ch; ch 3 (counts as a dc of following row throughout), turn.

Row 2: *Sk 2 sts, CL shell in next st, sk 2 sts, dc in next st; rep from * across; ch 3, turn. 

Row 3: *CL shell in center CL of next CL shell, dc in next dc; rep from * across, ending last rep with dc in top of turning ch; ch 3, turn.
