Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook (skipped chs count as a dc); *ch 3, sk next 2 chs, sc in next ch, ch 3, sk next ch, sc in next ch, ch 3, sk next 2 chs, dc in next 2 chs; rep from * across; ch 3 (counts as dc of following row throughout), turn.

Row 2: Dc in next dc; *ch 1, sk next ch-3 sp, (trCL, work picot, ch 1) 3 times in next ch-3 sp; dc in next 2 dc; rep from * across; ch 3, turn. 

Row 3: Dc in next dc; *ch 3, sk next ch-1 sp, (sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 3) 2 times; dc in next 2 dc; rep from * across; ch 3, turn.
