Row 2: *Sk next dc, shell in next ch-1 sp; rep from * across, end last rep with (sc, ch 1, dc) in turning chsp; ch 4, turn.

Row 3: *Dc in ch-3 sp of next shell, ch 1; rep from * across, end last rep with dc in ch-3 sp of last shell; ch 1, turn.
