Instructions

Row 1 (RS): Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each rem ch; ch 1, turn.

Row 2: FPhdc around each of first 5 dc; *dc in next dc, (sc in next dc, dc in next dc) 2 times, FPhdc around each of next 5 dc; rep from * across; ch 3, turn. 

Row 3: Dc across, ch 1, turn.

Row 4: Sc in first 2 dc, dc in next dc, sc in next dc, dc in next dc; *FPhdc around each of next 5 dc, dc in next dc; (sc in next dc, dc in next dc) 2 times; rep from * across to last 10 dc; FPhdc around each of next 5 dc, dc in next dc, sc in next dc, dc in next dc, sc in last 2 dc; ch 3, turn.

Row 5: Dc across, ch 1, turn.
