Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook; *ch 5, sk 3 chs, sc in next ch; rep from * across; ch 5, turn. 

Row 2: *Sc in next ch-5 sp, work 8 dc in next ch-5 sp, sc in next ch-5 sp, ch 4; rep from * across, ending last rep with ch 2 (instead of ch 4), dc in last sc; ch 1, turn.

Row 3: Sc in first dc; *(dc, work picot) in each of next 8 dc, ch 1 **, sc in ch-4 sp, ch 1; rep from * across, ending last rep at **; sc in 3rd ch of turning ch; ch 4, turn.

Row 4: *(Tr in next dc, ch 1) 8 times, tr in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, tr in next ch-1 sp, ch 1; rep from * across, ending last rep with tr in last sc; ch 1, turn.
