Row 2: Sc in first dc; *ch 3, sk 3 dc, sc in next dc; rep from * across, ending last rep with sc in top of turning ch; ch 3, turn.

Row 3: *3 dc in sc at base of ch, sc in next sc, ch 3; rep from * across, ending last rep with sc in last sc; ch 6, turn. 

Row 4: Sc in top of next ch-3; *ch 3, sc in top of next ch-3; rep from * across; ch 3, turn.
