Row 1 (RS): With color A, dc in 4th ch from hook (3 skipped chs count as a dc) and in next 3 chs; *sk 2 chs, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch; sk 2 chs, dc in 5 chs; rep from * across, ch 3, turn.

Row 2: Dc in next 4 dc; *(2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-2 sp, sk 2 dc, dc in 5 dc; rep from * across; ch 3, turn.

Repeat row 2 for patt, changing to alternate color on every other row in last dc. Work in color sequence of 2 rows A, 2 rows B.
