Berry stitch (BS): Insert hook in specified sc and draw up a lp; ch 3, draw yarn through both lps on hook: BS made.

Instructions

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each rem ch; ch 1, turn.

Row 2: Sc in next sc; *BS in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * across, ch 1, turn. 

Row 3: Sc in each sc across, ch 1, turn.

Row 4: *BS in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * across, end sc in last sc; ch 1, turn.

Row 5: Rep row 3.
