Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in next ch; *ch 7, sk 4 chs, sc in next ch; ch 1, sk next ch, sc in next ch; rep from * across to last 6 chs, ch 7, sk 4 chs, sc in last 2 chs; ch 6, turn.

Row 2 (RS): *Sc in next ch-7 lp, work picot, ch 3, CL in next ch-1 sp, ch 3; rep from * across to last ch-7 lp, sc in last lp, work picot, ch 3, dc in last sc; ch 1, turn.
